  • Work closely with Engineering, UX, Data and Regulatory SMEs to deliver high-quality product enhancements.
  • Produce clear product documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Support Agile delivery by participating in backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and prioritisation sessions.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements based on user feedback and business objectives.

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Develop a strong understanding of client workflows, operational challenges and regulatory obligations.
  • Gather product feedback through customer engagement, usage data and internal stakeholders.
  • Translate customer insight into practical product improvements.
  • Keep up to date with developments across the Financial Services, FinTech and RegTech sectors to ensure the platform remains competitive.

  • Act as the key liaison between Product, Engineering, Commercial, Operations and Regulatory teams.
  • Clearly communicate priorities, product decisions and delivery timelines to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure projects remain aligned to strategic objectives while balancing customer expectations and technical feasibility.
  • Support internal product enablement through training sessions, demonstrations and documentation.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • 5+ years' experience in a Product Management role within Financial Services, Capital Markets, RegTech or FinTech.
  • Good understanding of regulatory transaction reporting and relevant reporting regimes such as EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR, CFTC, ASIC or MAS.
