Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Significant knowledge and experience in IT management.

• Proven track record of Office365, M365, Azure Active Directory experience and AWS infrastructure.

• Desktop Support expertise.

• Familiarity with Compliance and PCI Security Standards.

• Experience in Fintech and Payment Services.

• Project Management and Managerial Experience.

• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.

Responsibilities:

As the IT Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the effective functioning of our IT ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:

Team Leadership:

1. Lead and mentor a diverse team of IT professionals.
2. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment.
3. Encourage professional growth and development within the team.

Infrastructure and Network Management:

1. Oversee the management of our infrastructure, including both on-premises and AWS environments.
2. Ensure system performance, security, and functionality through industry best practices.
3. Take ownership of the network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks, to ensure availability and performance.

Desktop Support:

1. Supervise the desktop support team in providing efficient technical support to end-users.
2. Resolve hardware and software issues, configure software applications, and manage user accounts and permissions.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
2. Utilise your knowledge of Compliance and PCI Security Standards to maintain security protocols.
3. Stay updated on FinTech industry trends and practices.
4. Apply your project management skills to plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
