Partner Development Representative
Voxxa is building a partner-led communications platform, working with MSPs and IT consultancies to deliver smarter voice and communications to their customers.
We’re looking for a Partner Development Representative with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to help us grow our partner ecosystem.
This is not a traditional SDR role, and it’s not a highly structured environment.
Important ContextThis is an early-stage, high-autonomy role:
- Very little formal training
- No scripts or playbooks
- No micromanagement
- Fully remote
- You’ll be expected to roll your sleeves up and get into it
Because of this, prior experience selling into MSPs or working in telecoms / UCaaS / IT services is important.
You’ll need to sound credible with MSPs from day one.
What you’ll be doing- Identifying and researching MSPs & IT consultancies
- Running thoughtful outbound via LinkedIn & email
- Starting intelligent, commercial conversations (not spammy outreach)
- Qualifying partner fit and booking intro calls for Partner Managers
- Feeding insights back to help shape Voxxa’s partner motion
You won’t be:
- Closing deals
- Running demos
- Negotiating commercials
- Have outbound / SDR / BDR experience
- Have sold into MSPs or worked in telecoms / UCaaS / IT services
- Are entrepreneurial in spirit and comfortable with ambiguity
- Work well independently from home
- Don’t wait for permission or detailed instructions
- Care about quality over volume
- Genuine autonomy (not lip service)
- Exposure to building a partner ecosystem from early stage
- Close work with senior leadership
- Clear progression into Partner / Channel roles
