Vu is an AI and automation agency based in Solihull. We help businesses work smarter — reviewing how they operate, finding the inefficiencies, and building AI solutions that actually make a difference. We also build our own products: Raq.com (an all-in-one business platform) and 102.ai. We're a small team doing big things, and we're growing fast.
Role Description
We're looking for a Growth Lead to take ownership of sales and client relationships. This is hands-on; you'll be the person finding new business, running demos, following up leads, and looking after clients once they're on board. You'll work closely with the founders to shape how we grow.
Day to day:
- Finding and winning new clients for Vu's AI consultancy and our products (Raq.com, 102.ai)
- Running demos and discovery calls
- Managing the sales pipeline from first contact to close
- Looking after existing client relationships
- Tracking what's working, what isn't, and feeding that back into how we sell
- Helping shape our growth strategy as we scale
This is a hybrid — based in Solihull with flexibility to work from home.
What we're looking for
- Experience in sales or business development, ideally in tech, SaaS, or digital services
- You can hold a conversation with a business owner about their problems and explain how AI can help, without the jargon
- Comfortable with data — you can look at metrics and know what to do next
- Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding
- Interested in AI and tech — you don't need to be technical, but you need to get it
- Degree not required — experience and attitude matter more
