What You Will Be Doing

• Managing a full 360 B2B sales cycle

• Prospecting and re-engaging warm, cold and lapsed leads

• Booking and delivering your own sales meetings over Teams/Zoom

• Running consultative discovery calls to understand client needs

• Growing existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling

• Building and maintaining a strong, strategic pipeline

• Working collaboratively with internal teams to support clients

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years B2B sales experience (tech, training, software, recruitment or similar is advantageous but not essential

• Proven experience running a full 360 sales cycle

• Comfortable with outbound calling and structured outreach

• Experienced in running virtual meetings and delivering presentations

• Background in upselling, cross-selling or account management

• Someone looking for a career, not a stopgap

• A team player who enjoys being part of a collaborative culture (socials, charity days, team events)
