Role: Senior Account Executive (Healthcare Sales – Scotland Based)

We are looking for a driven and commercially astute Account Executive to support growth within the UK healthcare sector. This role suits a proactive “hunter” who can build pipeline, close new business, and develop strong client relationships. You must be based in Scotland and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

You will own your territory’s go-to-market strategy, driving new business and managing key relationships. Working closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams, you’ll deliver tailored solutions that create measurable value for healthcare organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets (new business, expansion, renewals)
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Deliver consultative, solution-based sales
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers
  • Support go-to-market and lead generation strategies
  • Present compelling proposals and value propositions

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in healthcare sales, ideally NHS Scotland
  • Strong understanding of UK healthcare procurement
  • Proven consultative selling and target achievement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • CRM experience (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Existing healthcare network preferred
