Permanent Role: Data Manager
Locations: UK Remote - (Occasional meetings/Days in London and Manchester Office)

Data Strategy & Architecture
* Develop and maintain a specific data strategy aligned with Group frameworks.
* Design scalable and secure data architectures to support business operations and analytics.
Data Governance & Quality
* Implement data governance policies and procedures across the Organisation.
* Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulations (eg, GDPR).
Data Integration & Solutions
* Lead the delivery of data solutions across the systems
* Manage data pipelines and integrations using modern tools and platforms.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
* Act as the bridge between technical teams and business functions.
* Collaborate with company Group data teams to ensure alignment and leverage shared capabilities.
Data Literacy & Enablement
* Promote data literacy across organisation through training and support.
* Enable business teams to make data-driven decisions.
Performance, Reporting & Management Information
* Define and monitor KPIs related to data usage, quality, and impact.
* Lead the provision, maintenance, and ongoing development of management information, including a suite of dashboards and reports that support operational and client contractual performance.
* Support ad-hoc reporting needs across the business, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights.
* Work in close collaboration with the SSC to ensure reporting outputs are available, aligned, scalable, and continuously improved.
Change Management
* Support digital transformation initiatives by ensuring data readiness and adoption.
* Lead change related to data systems and processes.
