Engineering Manager
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers within a modern cloud-native environment. Reporting to the IT Director, you will drive engineering delivery, coach and develop team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure and reliable software solutions.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for an Engineering Manager, Development Manager or Technical Lead with people management experience and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor and develop software engineers.
- Manage engineering delivery, team performance and priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement across engineering processes and standards.
- Oversee software quality, testing, CI/CD and release management.
- Work closely with Product and business stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
- Champion security, governance and best engineering practices.
- Support recruitment, capacity planning and team growth.
About You
- Previous experience leading software engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on software development background.
- Experience managing software quality, testing and delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
- Ability to balance delivery, quality and operational excellence.
