We are currently seeking a hands-on Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys Specialist to support ongoing initiatives for our client. This role focuses on operational delivery across multiple projects in Sweden, the Netherlands, and Germany, working as part of established agile teams.
This is not an architect or strategic lead role. Instead, we are looking for a practical, delivery-focused specialist who thrives in execution and day-to-day optimisation of customer journeys.
The Role:
As a Senior Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys Specialist, you will play a key role in building, configuring, and optimising customer journeys in active projects. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of marketing automation solutions.
The role requires a strong hands-on mindset, with a focus on implementing and improving existing solutions rather than defining high-level architecture or strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of hands-on configuration and delivery within Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys
- Build and optimise:
- Real Time customer journeys
- Event-based and trigger-driven interactions
- Segments and audience targeting
- Multi-channel communications (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.)
- Translate business requirements into practical, implementable solutions
- Support ongoing improvements and optimisation of existing journeys
- Work with consent, preference, and subscription management in line with GDPR
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile delivery setup
- Support integrations with related systems where needed (eg websites, data platforms, external tools)
- Ensure quality, performance, and reliability of implemented journeys
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (flexible depending on relevance)
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys (Real Time Marketing)
- Proven experience building and executing customer journeys in active projects
- Good understanding of CRM data models and segmentation
- Experience working in delivery-focused roles (not primarily architectural or strategic)
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 integrations and related ecosystems
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is beneficial
- Experience in international or multi-market environments is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in agile teams
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivery
