ServiceNow Technical Process Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SC Cleared ServiceNow Technical Process Consultant to support a major customer data transformation programme involving the migration of customer data and associated business processes from Microsoft Dynamics 365 to ServiceNow. This role is inside IR35 and is working on a hybrid basis

The consultant will work at the intersection of business process, customer data and ServiceNow solution design, helping the organisation understand how existing processes operate within Dynamics 365 and defining how these should be redesigned and implemented within the target ServiceNow environment.

This is not purely a ServiceNow development role. The successful consultant will need to combine strong ServiceNow platform knowledge with excellent process analysis and technical consulting skills, working closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, ServiceNow architects, developers, data specialists and integration teams.
