Operations Manager
This is a full-time Operations Manager role located at the Kings Cross London hub (3 days a week on-site) to run the London office and support both the globally distributed Managed Services team and wider EMEA operations. As the founding operations hire for the hub, you will own the day-to-day logistics and space while handling administration, partner management, and event coordination.

- Stand up and run the Kings Cross hub end to end, including landlord, building and facilities relationships
- Manage office suppliers and contracts (utilities, cleaning, catering, consumables) and keep the space stocked, safe and compliant, including health & safety and physical access control.
- Own equipment and asset management, including laptop procurement, tracking and returns, working alongside IT
- Own the in-office experience, including team events, socials and celebrations
- Maintain the managed services coverage calendar and shift rota for a team spread across UK, US and South Asia timezones, flagging gaps early
- Track managed services team holiday, absence and weekend cover, keeping records accurate and visible to the department lead
- Run managed service customer calls with the engineers from the managed services team
- Run onboarding and offboarding logistics for EMEA teams, covering kit, accounts, tool access and first week scheduling
- Administer tooling and licences across JIRA, Confluence, incident.io, Harvest and Datadog, owning seat counts and renewal dates
- Own time tracking hygiene, chasing unsubmitted time and correcting misallocated entries before invoicing
- Assemble the monthly department reporting pack from JIRA, incident.io and Harvest data
- Keep documentation tidy, tracking SOP review dates and version history in Confluence
- Coordinate recruitment logistics with People and Culture, including interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Provide business administration for the EMEA entity, including supplier onboarding, purchase records and expense processing
- Resolve invoices disputes working with customers directly and with finance and support.
- Administer Google partner portal access, user management and certification tracking for the EMEA region
- Coordinate customer onboarding logistics, including scheduling, kickoff calls
- Arrange logistics for team and customer travel — including international project kickoff trips, GTM-led EMEA events, and CSM/AM-led customer visits
- Identify where a process is missing, build it, then document it so it survives you
- 3 to 5 years in office, business or operations management
- Experience running an office or workspace end to end, including supplier and landlord relationships
- Comfortable coordinating people and schedules across multiple timezones
- Comfortable working in a ticketing system, triaging requests and chasing them to completion
- Strong administrative accuracy, particularly with records, invoices and tracking
- Confident with Google Workspace and able to pick up JIRA, Confluence and similar tools quickly
- Experience with event coordination and travel booking
- Organised and proactive, able to work without close supervision
- Personable, with the presence to be the face of the office for staff, visitors and customers
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfortable in a small company where the role will grow and change
