The Commercial Finance & Technology Director is responsible for the commercial and strategic leadership of the WEA's finance, procurement and technology functions, and for safeguarding the organisation's long-term financial sustainability.

This role will lead the strategic development of new and diversified income streams, brings proven experience of managing significant financial challenge and drives improved commercial performance across the organisation. Providing high-quality strategic financial management, insight and assurance to the CEO, Board of Trustees to support sound decision-making, while leading the finance, procurement and IT teams, setting the organisation's technology strategy and championing commercial best practice throughout the organisation.
