As the Salesforce Systems Manager, you will lead the development, configuration, integration, and day-to-day management of the WEA’s Salesforce platform. This role ensures that Salesforce solutions are reliable, scalable, and aligned with organisational goals, supporting colleagues across multiple directorates with CRM and stakeholder engagement functions.

The postholder will act as the WEA’s subject matter expert on Salesforce and lead continuous improvement, data integrity, user adoption, and integration initiatives across the platform.
