Business Support Apprentice
An excellent opportunity to begin your career within a well established local company based in Mansfield. The successful candidate will work alongside a small Sales and Customer Support team. This will involve supporting the sales process, updating the company CRM system and liaising with customers within the professional security industry.
Role
Main duties and responsibilities will include; Providing Customer support and sales advice to customers in the professional security industry. Fielding incoming sales/enquiry calls, inputting sales orders from calls and emails onto the company computer systems. Updating the CRM system, liaising with other departments including admin, services, dispatch and technical department as required. Although not a primary responsibility, some cold calling may also be required to assist with sales aspect of business.
Training
We host supporting workshops regularly throughout the apprenticeship which you will attend in person at our designated training site/campus. These workshops are carefully designed to support the learning required throughout the apprenticeship programme.
You will work with expert assessors and tutors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession.
You will experience a blended learning model.
