Work pattern: Monday - Friday
Location: Agile home-based worker with travel requirement to Wheatley Group offices

About the role
As an Asset Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of asset data across multiple systems, whilst identifying opportunities to enhance services through evidence-led analysis.
You will develop, implement and maintain analytical tools, translating complex datasets into clear, meaningful insights, dashboards and reports.
Working closely with internal teams and partner agencies, you will contribute to best practice in asset management, strengthen the organisation’s approach to data management, and help improve outcomes for customers and communities.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with strong experience in data management and a proven ability to maintain high standards of data integrity.
You should have experience of producing comprehensive written reports and presenting statistical data, analysis and visualisations in a clear and accessible way.
You will be solutions-focused, self-motivated and well organised, with the ability to manage your workload effectively in a complex and changing organisation.
You will have a customer-focused mindset and the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
