Job Description
We're looking for a Lead Product Analyst who is passionate about our mission of Money Without Borders to join our Europe & UK Regional Expansion team, to help drive data-driven decisions that would support building and scaling our Wise products across markets in Europe & UK regions.
How you'll contribute:
- Drive KPI Performance:
- You'll partner with Product Managers and other Analysts to develop KPIs for our expansion markets and monitor the impact of new product features on them.
- Identify and action opportunities to enhance the team's key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Serve as the primary analytical point of contact for product launches within the team.
- Influence product decisions with robust and actionable data insights.
- Construct and maintain valuable data assets to aid the team in diagnosing issues and understanding product impacts.
This role will give you the opportunity to:
- Choose your path to impact – we believe people are most empowered when they can act independently. So rather than telling you what to do, you'll work with your team to create a vision of your own. Of course, you can always gather feedback from smart, curious people across Wise but you'll have the freedom to make your own calls
Ideally you'll have:
- At least 6+ years of experience
- Strong analytical mind and product intuition, centered around the banking and financial industry.
Good to have:
- Experience in the Fintech domain
