Change Enablement Coordinator
We’re looking for someone to join our Change Enablement team, providing analytical and operational support to make sure all Changes are well managed, approved, and ready for production. You’ll be the link between internal teams, project managers, and external suppliers, ensuring Change activity is properly coordinated, documented, and delivered with minimal disruption to the business.
What you’ll be doing:

Governing Change records day to day to make sure they are progressed through the lifecycle, with all relevant approvals completed.

Performing quality checks on Change Requests to ensure the content is of a high standard.

Coordinating Change activity with Service Delivery, Project teams, and suppliers to keep everything running smoothly.

Working with Project Managers, Technology teams, and service providers to capture detailed and accurate documentation within Change records.

Keeping the Change log up to date with progress, corrective actions, and Post Implementation Review outcomes.

Identifying issues with proposed Changes and offering advice and guidance to requesters.

Providing cover for the Technology Change Enablement Manager and Specialist when needed.

Supporting Post Major Incident Review meetings when incidents are linked to failed Changes.

Supporting Change Advisory Board meetings to assess Changes of high risk to the business.

Helping plan and maintain the Forward Schedule of Change with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
About you
You’ll be organised, reliable and comfortable working with different people across the business. You don’t need to be an expert, but you’ll have some experience working in a busy environment where you’ve had to manage tasks, keep records up to date and communicate with different teams.
We’re looking for someone who:

Is confident talking to colleagues at all levels and can build good relationships

Has some experience in Change Management or a similar role where attention to detail is important

Can work well under pressure in a fast moving environment

Has good organisational skills and can manage their time effectively

Is willing to learn and develop new skills (current knowledge of Agile ways of working would be a bonus)

Holds an ITIL Foundation qualification (or is willing to work towards it)
