IT Developer & Digital Support Apprentice

Role
- Provide first-line technical support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with device setup, configuration, and maintenance
- Help maintain IT documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting logs
- Support IT projects, including software rollouts and upgrades.
- Assist with deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications
- Learn to manage version control, CI/CD pipelines, and basic automation tasks
- Collaborate with our IT and development teams to improve system reliability and performance
- Gain understanding of security best practices in development and operations workflows
Training
- All training will be done within the workplace
- The apprentice will work towards a Level 3 Digital Support Technician qualification, alongside receiving hands-on, in-house training at our HQ in Horwich. This will support their development into a confident IT Developer & Digital Support Operative, with opportunities to broaden their responsibilities and progress within the team as they develop.
