You'll also have opportunities to mentor junior engineers, support technical bids, and help shape the continuous improvement of systems engineering practices across the organisation.

What you'll bring:

• Strong understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle and tools (e.g. DOORS, SysML, UML)

• Experience working within a highly regulated or safety-critical environment

• A relevant engineering qualification (HNC, degree, or equivalent experience)

• A proactive, collaborative mindset and commitment to high standards
