This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced technical repair operation, driving quality, productivity and continuous improvement while managing a high-performing team. You'll play a key role in delivering industry-leading service levels within a time-critical environment and have the autonomy to influence operational strategy and performance.
What we're looking for:
- Proven Operations Management experience within manufacturing, production, logistics or warehousing
- Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement
- Experience leading large operational teams and delivering against KPIs, SLAs and quality targets
- Passion for driving efficiency, process improvements and operational excellence
