A leading logistics operator is expanding its Air & Sea division and seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive national growth. This role focuses on securing new Air & Sea freight business, developing high-value opportunities, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and secure new Air & Sea freight customers
Generate, qualify, and manage high-potential leads
Plan and execute sales activity through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
- Attend client and internal meetings to support commercial strategy
Possess deep product knowledge across Air & Sea services
Act as a professional brand representative and contribute to a high-performance culture
Ideal Candidate
Proven B2B freight forwarding or logistics sales experience (3+ years preferred)
Strong hunter mentality with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident working independently
Full clean driving licence
