Overview

Were partnering with a leading technology consultancy delivering a large-scale government cloud migration programme. They are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong Platform Engineering background to lead a growing team and drive the evolution of modern, secure cloud platforms.

This role sits within a Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE) and the successful candidate will need to have excellent stakeholder management and interpersoonal sklls.

The Role

As Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of platform engineers (currently 3 senior/lead engineers with growth planned and junior hires underway), while providing technical direction and best practice across the wider organisation.

You will play a key role in shaping and delivering a secure, scalable cloud landing zone, supporting multiple product teams as they migrate and build infrastructure in the cloud.
