Back End Developer

WRK digital are partnered with a thriving company that have gained a leading reputation within the music industry. They are seeking a Backend Developer to join their expanding team. It is a great opportunity to join their tight-knit development team and make a significant impact at the company!

As Backend Developer, you will be hands on with coding in .Net working on both legacy and upcoming innovative projects. You will be working closely with the Lead Backend Developer and in a small team whilst collaborating with various individuals across the wider team.

This is a hybrid role working in their Central Leeds based office working 3 days a week.

As Backend Developer, you will be responsible for:

1. Collaborating with other developers and the Product team to develop both existing and new platforms.

2. Assisting in the integration of back end systems with front end components to ensure seamless functionality.

3. Joining in code reviews to ensure all best practices and coding standards are maintained.

4. Staying up to date on industry trends and the latest technologies to continuously improve your skills.

As Backend Developer, you will have:

1. A minimum of 2 years experience working as a Back End Developer with a strong focus on .Net development.

2. Strong experience with SQL Server.

3. Experience working with AWS, Kubernetes or Docker.

4. Experience with Symfony, Laravel or PHP

5. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

6. Knowledge of agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.

7. A passion for staying up to date with latest industry trends
