Claude Systems Analyst - 12 month FTC

Our leading real estate client is undertaking a company-wide implementation of Claude, and they require a Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Claude to support this transformation. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and ensure effective use of Claude’s capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to Claude usage.
• Ensure Claude is integrated effectively across business processes to maximize value.
• Provide training sessions and create clear, useful documentation for end-users and teams.
• Support continuous improvement of Claude-driven systems based on user feedback and business goals.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to facilitate smooth implementation and adoption.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong, in-depth knowledge of Claude and its applications in business environments.
• Proven experience in systems analysis, ideally with AI or conversational AI platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience delivering training and creating user-friendly documentation.
• Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid setting, with a London-based office presence.
