Solutions and Automation Cloud Support Manager (M365 / Power Platform)
Our leading financial services client is looking for an enthusiastic Solutions and Automation Cloud Support Manager to support and enhance a suite of bespoke cloud-based solutions built across Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Camunda.
This is a key role responsible for overseeing 2nd and 3rd line support, driving continuous improvement, and leading a team of support analysts to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and mentor a team of support analysts across 2nd and 3rd line support
- Manage and prioritise support incidents, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where needed
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues
- Drive continuous improvement across automation, workflows, and cloud solutions
- Design, develop, and enhance solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and SharePoint
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to deliver efficient, high-quality solutions
- Oversee system deployments, upgrades, and configurations
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
- Ensure systems align with governance, security, and best practice standard

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in 2nd/3rd line support, with 3+ years in a leadership or support management role
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform
- Experience building solutions using Power Apps (Canvas/Model-Driven) and Power Automate / Logic Apps
- Solid understanding of data structures (SQL Server, Dataverse, SharePoint Lists)
- Experience with web services (REST, APIs, Azure Functions)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with development technologies such as JavaScript, C#, or React is advantageous
