Systems Support Manager - eFront - Financial Services

Our leading financial services client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Systems Support Manager to support the implementation and ongoing management of a portfolio of innovative applications, with a strong focus on eFront.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and external partners to drive system improvements, enhance processes, and ensure the effective use of key platforms across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business functions in driving system and process improvements, ensuring the timely and accurate resolution of issues
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse requirements for application changes, enhancements, and new functionality
  • Support initiatives by identifying user pain points, mapping current processes, and recommending improvements
  • Document business requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria to support development and testing
  • Conduct impact assessments for proposed changes and assist with prioritisation
  • Triage service requests and incidents, determining root causes across user, data, or system-related issues
  • Ensure all system developments and enhancements follow the correct change management process, including documentation, testing, approvals, and deployment
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test script preparation, defect tracking, and validation
  • Assist in creating user guides, release notes, and training materials

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Strong experience or exposure to eFront is essential
  • Experience in a business analysis, systems support, or project coordination role within technology or financial services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex processes
  • Understanding of Private Equity systems such as Yardi, Fenergo, Investran, Medius, or Viewpoint is advantageous
  • Knowledge of T-SQL and BI tools for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience working within a project management environment, including coordination and planning
  • Accounting experience or relevant qualification is beneficial but not essential
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
