Workiva Platform Support Specialist
We're working exclusively with a well-regarded, fast-growing fund administration business to hire a Workiva Platform Support Specialist. This is a pivotal role at the heart of their digital transformation agenda, sitting within the Emerging Applications team and owning the operational delivery of their enterprise reporting platform.
If you have hands-on Workiva experience and enjoy working at the intersection of finance and technology, this role offers a clear runway to become a Platform Owner or Reporting Automation Engineer as the programme matures.
What you'll be doing
- Configuring and maintaining Wdesk/Wdata workspaces, templates, and linked spreadsheets
- Managing user access and onboarding in line with ISAE 3402 and information security controls
- Monitoring integrations with eFront, Databricks, and Excel to ensure data accuracy
- Building and automating financial and regulatory reporting templates
- Supporting UAT cycles, maintaining change documentation, and liaising with Workiva support
- Partnering with fund accounting, financial reporting, and data engineering teams day-to-day
What we're looking for
- Working knowledge of Workiva (this is essential)
- 3–5 years in finance or technology support, ideally within fund administration or financial reporting
- Strong Excel and data-validation skills with close attention to detail
- Understanding of financial statements and fund structures
- Clear communicator, comfortable working with Audit, Risk, and IT Security functions
Nice to haves
- Experience with Wdata Chains, SQL, MuleSoft, Alteryx, or Power Automate
- Exposure to private markets platforms such as eFront
- Familiarity with Vena, BlackLine, or Adaptive
