Business Development Manager | Field Service & Workforce Management SaaS | UK Remote | £75k OTE

The Opportunity

We are working exclusively with a fast-growing UK SaaS business that provides a field service management and workforce scheduling platform used by some of the UK's largest housing associations, local authorities, and facilities management organisations.

This is a genuine new business role. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, selling into operational and technical buyers who manage large, complex field-based workforces.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Owning the full new business sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Targeting housing associations, local authorities, facilities management businesses, and utilities providers
  • Building relationships with senior operational stakeholders including Heads of Operations, IT Directors, Asset Managers, and Directors of Housing
  • Managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with sales cycles typically in the range of 6 to 18 months
  • Working closely with pre-sales and implementation teams to deliver compelling demonstrations and proposals
  • Accurately forecasting pipeline and reporting into senior leadership

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3 to 7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of hitting and exceeding quota
  • Experience navigating long, complex sales cycles with multiple decision makers
  • Comfortable with public sector procurement processes including frameworks, tenders, and G-Cloud
  • A natural relationship builder who can engage credibly with both operational and technical stakeholders
  • Self-sufficient and structured with the ability to manage your own pipeline
  • Based anywhere in the UK with willingness to travel for customer meetings and events
