Enterprise Customer Success Manager Up to £65,000 + Share Options + Bonus | Hybrid, 3 days in office (Chancery Lane)
Our client is a leading global ecommerce enablement platform that powers international growth for some of the world's most recognisable retail and lifestyle brands. Their technology allows merchants to sell seamlessly across borders, handling everything from localised checkout experiences and multi currency payments to international shipping, duties, taxes, and returns. With an impressive portfolio of enterprise clients and a reputation for unlocking serious cross border revenue, they are now looking to grow their UK Customer Success team.
The Role
As Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you'll be the strategic lead for a portfolio of high value enterprise clients, acting as their trusted advisor and commercial partner. You'll own long term relationships, drive retention and expansion, and deliver measurable business impact across your book of business.
What we're looking for
- Commercial experience as an Account Management or Customer Success role, ideally gained within ecommerce, martech, logistics, or fintech - essential
- B2B SaaS or software background is essential.
- A proven commercial track record of growing revenue within an existing book of business.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence presenting data and insights to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, particularly at executive level.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities across a complex, fast moving portfolio.
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours, as clients sit across global time zones.
- Degree educated (BA/BS) preferred.
