Head of Partner Integrations | Remote (UK Hours) | SaaS | Full Time

They need a senior technical operator to take that load, own it end to end, and free engineering to scale.

What the role actually is: You're the single senior technical face for all partners and customers. You own integration scoping, onboarding, implementation, documentation, and the AI tooling that supports the function. You report directly to the CEO.

You'll thrive here if you have:

• 10+ years in SaaS technical integration roles — Solutions Architect, Technical Partner Manager, Implementation Lead or similar
• End-to-end integration ownership: from partner scoping through to live production
• Hands-on with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, sandbox/production environments — no escalation needed
• Fluency with modern AI tooling (you've actually built and shipped something with it, not just used it)
• Enterprise room presence — you can hold a 10-person partner call solo
• Bonus: hospitality/restaurant tech background, or adjacent verticals (payments, marketplace, logistics)
• Bonus: French or Spanish
