We're partnering with a global technology consultancy in triple digit growth, specialising in digital transformation, AI, and software engineering for enterprise clients across four continents. They're looking for a Senior TA Business Partner who can match their pace.
The reality of the role
The business currently makes one new hire every week, and that's the baseline. With major global expansion planned this year, demand is only going up. You'll be running multiple roles across multiple geographies at the same time, partnering with hiring managers, project leads, and executives to bring in the tech and data talent that powers delivery.
This isn't reactive recruitment. They need someone who scopes ahead, builds talent pools mapped to upcoming projects, and has shortlists ready before the role even opens.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years in full cycle tech and data recruitment, agency or in house
- Consultancy background strongly preferred. You understand project scoping, resource planning, and how a tech business actually operates
- Expert resourcer, fluent in the latest sourcing tools and techniques
- Natural relationship builder, genuinely strong on stakeholder management at every level
- Comfortable juggling multiple geographies and shifting priorities without losing momentum
- Data driven, with sharp analytical instincts
- Fluent in Spanish speaking - BONUS - not essential
