Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in the London Area, United Kingdom, with options for some work from home. The ServiceNow Architect, ServiceNow Developer, ServiceNow Platform Engineer, Integration Developer, ServiceNow Admin, and Technical Business Analysts (BAs) will be responsible for specialized tasks that support service management, platform engineering, integration, and business analysis. Responsibilities include designing and implementing solutions, developing functionalities, maintaining the ServiceNow platform, creating integrations, and enabling seamless operation of systems and services. The roles will also require collaboration across teams for effective project delivery and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a focus on system and solutions development.
- Strong Software Development and Integration skills for creating and assessing applications and system workflows.
- Experience in Project Management, including coordinating tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules, configurations, best practices, and administration is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience with ServiceNow, IT service management, or enterprise platforms is an advantage.
- Relevant certification(s) in ServiceNow, project management, or development technologies is a plus.
