With around 200 employees and a presence across multiple European locations, they support approximately 2,000 customer and business accounts. They believe in empowering their employees with the tools and trust they need to make impactful decisions.

About the Job:

This is a varied and hands-on role supporting the Legal and Compliance Manager across a broad range of compliance matters. You’ll help ensure the organisation continues to operate within the correct regulatory frameworks while maintaining high standards of quality and governance. The position offers exposure to key areas such as trade compliance, supplier integrity, sustainability, and quality certification — with plenty of scope to develop your expertise and shape best practice across the business.

Duties will include:

• Supporting the implementation and communication of compliance policies across the organisation
• Assisting with supplier and product onboarding and maintaining compliance records
• Helping to manage ISO certifications and support the business through audits
• Coordinating environmental and sustainability reporting, including data collation and submission
• Contributing to the delivery of the company’s compliance plan and supporting responses to stakeholder requests
• Assisting in developing processes and systems to strengthen the control environment and promote a culture of compliance

About the Successful Applicant:

You may already work in a compliance or legal role and are now seeking to broaden your experience in a dynamic commercial environment. A background in interpreting regulations, drafting policies, or supporting governance processes would be advantageous, though not essential. You’ll be detail-oriented, proactive, and confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels, with a genuine interest in building practical and sustainable compliance frameworks.
