This is a pivotal leadership role guiding the financial strategy and operations of the organisation. As the Head of Finance, you will play a key part in supporting the company’s growth ambitions, ensuring financial compliance and integrity, and providing strategic insight to senior management. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of finance leadership experience within the software industry, combined with strong expertise in IFRS 15 and related accounting standards.

• Leading the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions to provide clear insights into the company's financial health and performance
• Ensuring compliance with IFRS 15 revenue recognition standards and maintaining robust internal controls
• Managing and developing the finance team to enhance their capabilities and effectiveness
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling aligned with strategic objectives
• Supporting M&A activities, negotiations, and due diligence processes
• Collaborating with executives to influence decision-making and drive organisational growth
• Monitoring cash flow, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring statutory compliance

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ICAEW, or CIMA) with demonstrable experience in a finance leadership role within the software sector. You will have a strong understanding of IFRS 15 and its application to software revenue recognition. A strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, you should be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and leading a team. Previous experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment is advantageous.
