About the Job
This is a senior functional role focused on the delivery, configuration and optimisation of the SmartRecruiters platform. You will work closely with recruitment specialists, digital teams and third-party suppliers to translate business requirements into effective system solutions, while supporting wider recruitment transformation and integration activity.
Duties will include:
- Acting as the lead functional specialist for SmartRecruiters across the organisation.
- Advising stakeholders on SmartRecruiters functionality, configuration and best practice.
- Translating recruitment and business requirements into practical system solutions.
- Leading workshops with HR, recruitment and business stakeholders to understand current processes and future needs.
- Configuring and maintaining recruitment workflows, approvals, candidate management, interview scheduling and offer processes.
- Supporting job advertising, reporting, analytics and embedded platform functionality.
- Identifying opportunities to automate, simplify and improve recruitment processes.
- Supporting SmartRecruiters implementation, optimisation and wider transformation activity.
- Producing functional specifications, process maps and system documentation.
- Assessing proposed configuration changes and ensuring appropriate controls and governance are followed.
- Developing recruitment dashboards, reports and management information.
- Monitoring data quality and supporting accurate, compliant reporting.
- Analysing recruitment performance measures and recommending improvements.
- Supporting workforce planning and wider organisational reporting requirements.
- Creating user guides, training materials and knowledge documentation.
- Delivering workshops and training to business users and key stakeholders.
- Supporting user adoption and wider change management activity.
- Managing relationships with third-party technology suppliers and service providers.
- Ensuring recruitment processes meet relevant employment, data protection, security and audit requirements.
- Supporting integrations between SmartRecruiters, SAP Employee Central and other connected HR systems.
About the Successful Applicant
You will have significant SmartRecruiters experience gained in a Functional Consultant, Functional Lead, Implementation Consultant, Product Owner or recruitment systems role. You will understand end-to-end recruitment processes and be confident configuring ATS workflows, gathering requirements and leading stakeholder workshops. Strong analytical, communication and supplier management skills are essential, alongside experience of reporting, data management and system governance.
