Data Analyst Apprenticeship (Level 4)
To provide efficient data reporting to the Liaison and Diversion Service (L&D) identify people who have mental health, learning disability, substance misuse etc when they come into contact with the criminal justice system as suspects, defendants or offenders. L&D aim to improve people's health and support to reduce re-offending.
Role
Duties will include:

Assist with data inputting and maintain electronic record systems

Ensure that records are kept up to date and are accurate

Produce monthly statistical reports in relation to service users

Produce performance management related reports

Co-ordinate, research and collate data in respect of NHS data returns

Assist in arranging meetings

Support the team: photocopying, dealing with incoming/outgoing post, filing

Help in dealing with enquiries on the telephone and using email
Training
- You will attend a local training provider, usually on day release, to gain a Level 4 qualification
- Attend an indepth Apprentice Induction
- Gain a health & safety qualification
- Attend enrichment activities to enhance your knowledge eg interview techniques, health & wellbeing, finance, disability awareness
- Have the chance to attend marketing events and also take part in activities during National Apprenticeship Week
- Gain a Level 4 Data Technician Apprenticeship
- 2 years work experience in the public sector
- Personal support to seek employment 4 months from the apprenticeship ending
