E-Commerce Products Officer.

Location UK-wide.

£27,347 per annum (pro rata for part time).

Ref: 226REC.

Part Time 30 hours per week - we are happy to talk flexible working.

Base: UK-based hybrid working, including travel to team meetings.

Contract: Fixed Term 1-year maternity cover.

Disclosure: DBS is not required for this position as the post holder will not be working with school and community groups in the region.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Team: Fundraising and Supporter Engagement.

The E-Commerce Products Officer will help grow the Walk Wheel Cycle Trust's online shop by creating new products, spotting and implementing exciting product opportunities, shaping a trusted and sustainable range, managing inventory and creating online listings that turn supporter interest into income for our work.

What you'll get stuck into

• Use customer insight and sales data to spot what supporters want next, shape seasonal collections, and help grow sales and profit.

• Find and assess new suppliers so our product range is distinctive, reliable and aligned with our commitment to sustainability.

• Bring products to life on Shopify with clear, engaging pages that help supporters choose with confidence and enjoy a smooth buying experience.

• Work closely with the E-Commerce Promotions Officer to make product launches and campaigns as successful as possible, maximising income for our mission.

• Lead the development of our next range of Network Cycle Planners, managing the project from planning through to delivery, coordinating suppliers and internal teams, and creating clear, engaging content for the digital guides.

• Manage inventory, using sales data to plan ahead, reorder at the right time and keep the right products in stock.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys spotting opportunities, developing new products, improving online shopping experiences, and seeing their work generate income for a cause they care about.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who enjoys making online shopping easy, engaging and effective. You'll bring curiosity, commercial awareness, and a practical eye for detail. We don't expect you to tick every box. If you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.

• You'll be confident taking ownership of projects, managing deadlines, and coordinating with a range of stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

• Bring hands-on experience of Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform, with a good sense of what makes an online store easy to use and successful.

• Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers and external suppliers, helping to source the right products and make sure stock is available when supporters need it.

• Communicate clearly and confidently, creating, editing and proofreading content that is accurate, engaging and easy for supporters to understand.
