What You'll Be Doing- Lead key enterprise relationships across a cross-commodity portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer goals and usage of critical data
- Drive commercial growth by identifying gaps, cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring internal alignment with Account Managers and executive sponsors
- Deliver strategic reviews and insights that highlight impact, elevate client experience, and inform renewals and upsell efforts
- Coach junior team members and champion internal initiatives that scale success across the global Customer Success function
- Proven success in enterprise customer success or account management within a SaaS or subscription-based business
- Strong commercial mindset with experience driving growth through upsell, retention, and cross-functional collaboration
- High emotional intelligence and confidence navigating senior stakeholder relationships across global client accounts
- Experience in commodities, data services, or pricing intelligence preferred
