Walker and Sloan are working with a marketing agency in Wales as they are keen to bring on board an experienced Automation and AI Solutions Developer to the team on a full time basis.

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Automation & AI Solutions Developer to accelerate our organisation’s modernisation journey. This role will spearhead the design and implementation of automation and AI-driven solutions, leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, Adobe tools, and third-party applications such as Deltek Workbook and Staffology. You will play a pivotal role in improving efficiency, streamlining processes, and enabling teams to work smarter.

• Design, build, and deploy model-driven apps and automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Integrate AI capabilities (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services) into business processes.
• Ensure seamless integration with Microsoft, Adobe tools and third-party platforms like Deltek Workbook and Staffology.
• Identify opportunities for automation across departments.
• Conduct requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead and manage multiple automation projects, from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with IT, media teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
• Maintain adherence to organisational standards, GDPR, and security protocols.
• Implement best practices for data integrity and system reliability.
• Ensure all app developments are thoroughly documented for future maintenance and compliance
• Develop user guides and deliver training sessions to upskill staff.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.

Essential:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Proficiency in JavaScript for Power Apps customisations.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business workflows.
• Ability to integrate APIs and connect third-party applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and enterprise SaaS tools.
• Experience with Deltek Workbook and Staffology.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks.
