The Role
We're hiring a Paid Media Specialist to join our agency team to help deliver outstanding work for our lovely B2B, SaaS & Tech clients. Working with our Head of Paid Media and account teams, you'll oversee campaigns from start to finish, across Paid Search & Social.

Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Management
- Develop winning campaign strategies for B2B clients and manage day-to-day execution across multiple channels
- Handle budget pacing, forecasting, and collaborate with teams to identify growth opportunities
Optimisation & Analysis
- Conduct ongoing optimisation, A/B testing, and performance analysis to exceed targets
- Master tracking tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn) and produce monthly reports with actionable insights
- Contribute to quarterly client meetings and post-campaign analysis
Process & Innovation
- Help define paid media approach and streamline workflows for scale
- Stay ahead of advertising technology developments and implement new features
Must-have requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in Paid Media Management (Google, Bing and LinkedIn)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A willingness to learn and understand Inbound and Digital Marketing principles
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with data analysis
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Able to operate independently with minimal supervision
Nice to haves:
- Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot
- Experience with Looker Studio & PowerMyAnalytics/Supermetrics
- Experience in other Google Tools (Google Tag Manager, Search Console)
- SEO – an understanding of the fundamentals of search engine optimisation (SEO).
- Experience in B2B, SaaS or Tech is preferred
