The Opportunity:
We are currently working with a growing and highly regarded marketing agency in London that is looking to hire a B2B Paid Media Specialist to join their expanding digital team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a paid media specialist with strong B2B marketing experience who enjoys working across strategic, performance-led campaigns for a variety of clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, managing and optimising paid campaigns across multiple channels while working closely with internal strategy, client services and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimise B2B paid media campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social and Display
• Develop performance-driven strategies focused on lead generation and ROI
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets and reporting across multiple client accounts
• Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Work closely with Account Management teams to support client growth and retention
• Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations confidently to clients
• Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and innovation
• Keep up to date with paid media trends, platform updates and industry developments
Skills & Experience Required:
• Previous experience in a Paid Media role within a marketing agency environment
• Strong B2B campaign experience is essential
• Hands-on experience across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Paid Social platforms
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset
• Experience managing campaign budgets and performance optimisation
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using GA4 and reporting platforms would be beneficial
