Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire – hybrid, office based 3 days per week
Salary: Up to £110K plus car allowance, 20% bonus and excellent benefits package

This is a senior leadership opportunity to modernise historically regional and legacy infrastructure, creating a more centralised, standardised and measurable global Infrastructure & Operations function.
Key Requirements
- Significant IT Infrastructure & Operations leadership within manufacturing
- Global or multi-country infrastructure transformation experience
- Experience developing an infrastructure strategy and roadmap
- Strong technical breadth across networking, data centres, desktop, operating systems and Azure hybrid environments
- Still technically engaged and able to evaluate infrastructure solutions
- Leadership of Infrastructure, IT Operations and Support teams
- Strong ITIL and service delivery experience
- Budget, supplier and infrastructure contract management
- Strong senior-level stakeholder management
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIS2 and IT governance
- Experience with firewalls, endpoint security, BitLocker, SIEM, MFA and Zero Trust
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the global infrastructure strategy and roadmap
- Standardise infrastructure across 15+ global locations
- Lead the transition from regional legacy environments to centralised group services
- Lead major infrastructure transformation and technology change
- Develop a collaborative, high-performing global Infrastructure & Support function
- Own IT Support, Service Delivery and ITIL processes
- Manage infrastructure budgets, contracts and strategic suppliers
- Build senior stakeholder relationships and drive successful technology adoption
