Audit Software (Caseware) Assistant Manager - Top-20 firm (London) - hybrid - £50k to £55kA leading Top-20 UK accountancy firm is looking to appoint an Audit Software (Caseware) Assistant Manager to join its national Technical Audit function.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Caseware expertise who enjoys working at the intersection of audit methodology, technology and process improvement.The role offers real influence across the firm, helping to shape how audit teams work and driving efficiency, quality and consistency.The OpportunityWorking within the Audit Methodology team, you will take ownership of key audit software platforms, acting as the go-to specialist for Caseware Cloud and related tools. You will collaborate with teams across multiple offices and play a central role in improving systems, supporting users and enhancing audit delivery.Key Responsibilities- Maintain, test and deploy updates to the firm's global Caseware templates- Act as the primary contact for Caseware queries and user support- Lead a network of internal "champions" to drive knowledge sharing and best practice- Develop and enhance sector-specific and specialist templates- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance and automation- Manage and maintain audit tools and template libraries (including platforms such as Templafy)- Maintain user guidance, FAQs and knowledge resources- Work closely with international methodology teams and software providers to enhance functionality- Support selected IT-related aspects of audit software to streamline internal processesAbout You- Experience working with Caseware Cloud or similar audit software- Background in audit, audit methodology or audit technology- Strong understanding of audit processes and methodology- Pro-active, solutions-focused and comfortable working with stakeholders across the business- Confident communicator with a collaborative approachThe FirmOur client is a well-established, people-focused national practice with an international network presence.
