Role & Responsibilities

  • As a Technical Engineer/ 2nd Line Support , you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to internal users and clients in resolving complex IT issues.
  • Travel to various sites in your region, working closely with other IT teams to provide quality 2nd line IT support.
  • Maintain and update IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and equipment documentation.
  • Technical Engineer will be providing a high level of customer service and offering a varied range of IT Support to both technical and non-technical customers and staff.


Skills & Qualifications

  • 2nd Line Support 1Year+.
  • Hardware or Software experience (Preferably both)
  • Attention to Detail
