Infor M3 Subject Matter Expert - Remote - c£80,000

Washington Frank have been retained by a global manufacturing and engineering organisation currently undertaking a multi-year ERP transformation, bringing in an Infor M3 Subject Matter Expert to support Supply Chain, Planning and Scheduling. This hire will be an important part of a connected, collaborative implementation team. You'll also help support process standardisation and system improvements across multiple sites and departments.

This position offers the chance to be part of a supportive, close-knit team delivering a major global rollout. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Infor M3 (or Movex) experience and the flexibility to travel domestically and internationally depending on project phase, with remote working available between travel.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter support for Supply Chain, Planning and Scheduling within the ERP implementation team
  • Help define, test, document and implement standardised processes as part of a shared global business blueprint
  • Support process design and delivery including system configuration, data migration, end user training and report writing
  • Assist with interfacing systems including advanced planning and scheduling and shop floor data capture tools
  • Work closely with stakeholders across all levels of the business from warehouse and procurement teams through to senior leadership

Key Experience & Skills:

  • Considerable experience supporting global ERP systems in a discrete manufacturing and distribution environment
  • Hands-on experience with Infor M3 or Movex (or other iSeries based systems) is helpful
  • Good understanding of core ERP business processes and manufacturing best practice
  • Comfortable collaborating across a multi-currency multi-language environment
  • Strong data analysis skills including Excel and SQL, together with experience supporting data migration and process documentation
