INT Data and Development Coordinator
Job summary
The INT Data and Development Coordinator will provide data, administrative, and project support to the Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT). The post holder will assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of performance and activity data to support service improvement and transformation initiatives across the locality.
The role will support the delivery of projects and programmes within the INT, helping to coordinate meetings, maintain project documentation, monitor progress against agreed objectives, and provide accurate information to support decision-making.
The post holder will work closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues, Primary Care Networks, community services, local authorities, and voluntary sector partners to support the development of integrated care services.
Main duties of the job
Data and Information
Collect, validate, and maintain data from a range of systems and sources.
Become an expert in data searches, extraction, performance and information management for the practices clinical systems EMIS, BRAVE AI, ARDENS templates/reports, KLINIK and any future systems.
Undertake deep dives to identify patient cohorts for population health and/or health inequality projects to ensure they are correctly coded on ARDENS templates or other clinical systems and reports;
Produce routine performance reports, dashboards, and activity summaries.
Support the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify data quality issues and escalate concerns appropriately.
Assist in analysing trends and producing information to support service planning and improvement.
Maintain accurate records and reporting databases.
Service Development Support
Provide administrative and coordination support for service improvement projects.
Assist with the implementation and evaluation of INT initiatives.
Support the gathering of information and feedback from stakeholders.
Contribute to improvement plans and service development activities.
Help monitor project milestones and progress against agreed objectives.
Project and Meeting Coordination
Maintain project plans and development records.
Support reporting to governance and programme meetings.
Track actions and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
Prepare agendas, minutes, action logs, and project documentation.

Person Specification
Experience
- Experience working in an administrative, project support, data, or service improvement role.
- Experience producing reports and managing information.
- Experience using EMIS, Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working as part of a team and managing competing priorities.
- Experience within the NHS, health, social care, or public sector environment.
- Experience supporting quality improvement or transformation projects.
- Experience using Power BI or reporting tools.

Qualifications
- Educated to degree level, equivalent experience, or relevant vocational qualification.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Qualification in data analysis, business administration, project support, or a related subject.
