Civica Cx Systems Improvement Officer

Location of post: Lambeth, London or Walsall, West Midlands. Hybrid Working.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to optimise and support our Civica Cx Housing Management System and related modules. This role offers the chance to work closely with operational teams, enhance system functionality, streamline processes, and ensure exceptional service delivery to both staff and residents.

 

As a Civica Cx System Specialist, you will be responsible for system improvements, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless integration with other platforms. You will also manage data quality, create reports using SQL and Power BI, and develop training materials to promote best practices across the organisation.

 

You will have hands-on experience with Civica Cx or similar systems, strong technical skills in SQL and reporting tools, and a background in project delivery, testing, or business analysis. You should be a clear communicator, able to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms, and able to collaborate effectively with teams across the business.

Job Purpose

The Civica Cx Systems Improvement Officer will play a key role in optimising and supporting the Civica Cx housing management system and its related modules. The postholder will work closely with operational teams to identify improvements, enhance system functionality, and ensure that Civica Cx supports efficient business processes and high-quality customer service.This role combines technical system administration with business analysis and user engagement, ensuring that system changes deliver measurable benefits for staff, residents, and the organisation.
