CMDB / ITAM Product Manager | Up to £110k + Bonus | Hybrid

We're working with a global financial services organisation to find two senior Product Managers to join a newly established IT Asset Management function. These are high-visibility roles sitting at the heart of a £2M transformation programme, with direct senior sponsorship at CIO level.

The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to own the product strategy for a mission-critical ServiceNow platform at genuine enterprise scale — we're talking 90 million+ records. The ITAM function is the number one priority initiative across the entire IT Operations portfolio, and these roles have been created to bring in deep technical expertise to help shape and drive that strategy for years to come.

You'll work across a broad set of stakeholders — engineering, operations, data, the Chief Technology Office, and ServiceNow directly (both pre- and post-sales) — to define how the platform evolves, what gets adopted, and what gets built.

The Roles

Two positions are available, each with a distinct focus:

• CMDB Product Manager – leading strategy and delivery across the configuration management database
• ITAM Product Manager – owning the hardware and software asset management domain (HAM/SAM)

Both roles are two sides of the same coin — same seniority, same stakeholder landscape, different technical focus.

What We're Looking For

• Deep ServiceNow platform knowledge — architecture, tables, attributes, CSDM, and roadmap awareness
• Understanding of upcoming releases and what they mean operationally
• Experience working on a substantial CMDB or ITAM environment (enterprise scale essential)
• Ability to bridge technical and strategic conversations across engineering, operations, and senior leadership
• Financial services or large regulated industry background preferred, but not essential

Interview Process

1. Technical interview with engineering lead and existing product manager
2. Competency-based interview covering risk management, business acumen, and transformation thinking (in-person where possible)

The Package

• Up to £110,000 base salary
• Bonus in addition
• Hybrid working — 2 days in office per week (flexible Mon/Thu pattern)
