Senior Growth Product Manager

Senior Product Manager, Acquisition

London, White City | 3 days onsite (Mon / Wed / Thu) | £80,000 – £90,000 + benefits

A fast-growing D2C subscription brand is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own their acquisition product end-to-end. This is a hands-on execution role for a PM who is comfortable living in the data, running experiments, and shipping meaningful work at pace — not a high-level generalist leader.

The role sits within a dedicated Growth Product group, leading a cross-functional squad of one designer and five engineers. You will own the full top-of-funnel experience — from content and CMS through to the sign-up wizard and checkout — and be accountable for driving measurable improvement in conversion rate, acquisition quality, and lifetime value.

What you'll own

  • The full top-of-funnel product surface — CMS/content, marketing channel integrations, sign-up wizard, checkout, plan offering, localisation, SEO and GEO
  • A clear 6–12 month roadmap connecting customer needs to commercial business outcomes
  • A culture of experimentation — running structured A/B tests, measuring post-launch impact, and feeding learnings into the next iteration
  • Close partnership with Marketing, Data Science, and other Growth functions to deliver a coherent acquisition strategy
  • Day-to-day squad delivery — writing tickets, QA, and release — not just strategy sign-off

What we're looking for

  • Proven ownership of acquisition, growth, or top-of-funnel product areas within a D2C, subscription, or consumer web product — this is non-negotiable
  • Deep, hands-on experience running A/B tests and structured experimentation programmes
  • Strong commercial acumen — you understand CAC, LTV, and how product performance connects to P&L
  • Comfortable working directly with designers and engineers, writing tickets, and managing delivery yourself
  • A track record of working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments — scale-ups or entrepreneurial teams
  • The ability to build sharp, data-backed narratives and communicate complex decisions simply to senior stakeholders

This won't be the right fit if...

  • Your background is primarily agency-side — in-house product ownership is essential
  • You've only worked in slow-paced, highly structured legacy organisations (traditional financial services, airlines, or traditional retail)
  • Your approach is strategy-led and you prefer to delegate delivery rather than operate hands-on
  • Your PM experience sits primarily in retention, engagement, or post-signup lifecycle — this role is firmly top-of-funnel

Compensation & benefits

  • £80,000 – £90,000 base salary
  • Share options — everyone owns a piece of the company's success
  • Private medical insurance and private dental insurance
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, plus an additional day per year of service (up to 5)
  • £500 annual learning and development budget
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Flexible core working hours with 3 days per week in the White City office (Mon, Wed, Thu)

Please note: the right to work in the UK is required for this role. Visa sponsorship is not available.
