Senior Product Designer
Title: Senior Product Designer – Native Mobile | High‐Traffic B2C Product | Up to £90k + bonus
We’re partnering with a leading UK consumer product company to hire a Senior Product Designer into a core product team.
You’ll be working on a fast‐moving, complex B2C native mobile product used by hundreds of thousands of customers, where design has a real seat at the table.
The opportunity
You will:
- Own a key area of a B2C native mobile app (iOS/Android) end‐to‐end
- Dive into complex, multi‐step journeys and turn them into simple, intuitive experiences
- Take a messy mix of ideas, requirements and constraints and create a clear, testable product direction
- Work autonomously day‐to‐day while collaborating closely with product, engineering, marketing and analytics
- Run workshops, align stakeholders and introduce better ways of working where needed
- Use research and data to challenge assumptions and push for the right problems to be solved
No finance experience needed – if you’ve worked on fast‐paced, high‐impact B2C apps and love untangling complexity, this will feel familiar.
What we’re looking for
- Senior‐level Product Designer with strong B2C experience (must)
- Solid track record designing native mobile products (iOS/Android) – ideally core journeys, not just surface UI
- Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy on complex projects
- Used to collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups and navigating competing priorities
- Confident challenging the status quo and embedding new ways of working in a squad or product area
- Hands‐on with user research and experimentation – able to turn insight into clear decisions and next steps
Environment & setup
- c.20‐person design team with strong leadership support and a healthy, collaborative culture
- Mature design system – focus is on problem framing, strategy and execution over pixel‐perfect dribbble shots
- Hybrid working: 2 days a week in a central London office (anchor days Tuesday & Wednesday)
- Compensation: up to £90k base + up to 10% discretionary bonus + benefits
